At this time, we are prioritising New Driver Lessons due to the continuing lengthy wait for driving tests and resulting high numbers of new learners still waiting to get on the road. Unfortunately, this means we currently have very limited opportunity to provide qualified drivers with refresher, familiarisation or advanced lessons, however if we have been recommended to you or if you have been unable to find any availability elsewhere, we will do our best to help when possible.

The national lockdowns in 2020 and 2021 caused a significant backlog in both driving tests and lesson availability, but the country was already heading towards driving lesson shortages before then, due to a combination of baby boom years now reaching 17 years old and a decline in driving instructor numbers. It was estimated that 1.1 million tests could not be provided due to the lockdowns and a large number of those affected are still waiting, with the knock-on effect meaning that the numbers have been continuing to grow and not expected to be cleared until the end of 2027, so like most driving schools we are busier than before, but will do our best to be transparent and fair to everyone wishing to learn to drive with us.
